Large, mature organizations often underestimate the complexity of navigating organizational and business issues as they strive to build or add capabilities to support new business models – it can be frustrating and isolating when you’re leading the way.  Drawing upon the process and philosophies in our book FrameShifting, we work with CEOs and senior leaders to provide one-on-one counsel and guidance to accelerate results as you move from strategy to execution.

Different from executive coaching, but often complementary, we serve as your thought partner on the business issues confronting you when driving complex initiatives in uncharted territory.

We love to introduce new frameworks to enthusiastic learners. We provide training workshops in three areas:

These can be delivered virtually or at your workplace and range from half day to two-day sessions designed to engage and inspire.
